Dolgadfa has off road parking in a floodlit courtyard.  There is secure storage facilities for bikes, clothing and fishing equipment and drying facilities are available.  02 and Vodaphone have good signal strength at Dolgadfa.  Wi-Fi available. There is one 7 cm high stone step to main entrance, and the width of the main entrance being 100 cm.  There is a ground floor WC with wash hand basin available.  There are no steps between levels on the ground floor.  There is a ground floor and a first floor, there are 8 carpeted stairs (each being 20cm high) rising from the ground floor to the split level landing and then four stairs either side, there is a handrail.  There is no lift available.  The twin bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, no steps.  The double room has its own private bathroom accessed via the split landing, so down four stairs and up four stairs.  The bedrooms are not adapted for wheel chair users.  Assistance dogs are welcome, we have a large garden for exercise.  Corridors are well lit. The entrance to the main house is on ground level with no steps.  There is a ground floor WC with wash hand basin available.  There is a step down into the kitchen from the passage way and back door.  There is a step up to the sitting room from the passage.  There are 10 carpeted stairs (9 inches in depth) leading up to the first floor with hand rail on both sides.  There is a step down from landing to second double bedroom. There is another step half down the corridor to the Shower Room.  The bedrooms are not adapted for wheel chair users.  Assistance dogs are welcome upstairs.  Corridors are well lit.
